The role
London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of International Student Advisor to join the UKVI Immigration Compliance team within Student Operations department. This pivotal role supports the University's commitment to delivering an excellent standard of customer service to international enquirers, applicants, students, staff and external stakeholders and maintaining its Student Visa sponsor licence and ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations.
You will work closely with the UKVI Immigration Compliance team to manage complex casework, support key student visa processes, and work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth student journey from offer through to enrolment and successful study.
The role offers the chance to develop and apply specialist knowledge in immigration advice and compliance, take ownership of process improvements, and act as a key point of expertise within the institution. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to combine advice and compliance expertise with meaningful student engagement.
