About the Role
We are looking for a committed professional with excellent leadership and management skills to support the running of the School of Hair, Beauty, and Media Makeup at our Printworks Campus.
Working in a state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for all aspects of department leadership, reporting to the Head of the School. You will drive the culture of our campus for both Staff and Students.
You will have a proactive, can-do attitude, be positive about change and innovation, and be able to drive and support consistency and improvement within the department. They will inspire colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, working across the department to embed different ways of delivering teaching, learning and assessment.
The successful candidate will be a people person with exceptional communication skills, able to guide others through change. Demonstrating coaching experience and a background in teaching and learning that fosters our culture of working with and supporting colleagues to develop.
