Working with Programme Directors, members of faculty and other professional services staff within Henley Business School and the wider University, this post supports the delivery of an extensive portfolio of programmes delivered at Henely Business School. This post is expected to be agile working across the Pre-Experience Post-Graduate, Post-Experience and Undergraduate programme areas, depended on the greatest need to support growth areas of student recruitment. This role supports the consistent and integrated delivery of programmes ensuring high levels of customer service and a high quality experience for Henley students.
The precise balance of activities will be agreed with the line manager and may vary from time to time and over the course of a career. This position must be flexible and will be required to move between teams and different programme areas to support business growth areas as and when necessary. It is essential the post-holder has an agile mindset and is willing to move between different programme areas.
