About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid administrative background, meticulous approach and exceptional organisation skills, with a solution focused mindset to meet stakeholder requirements.
Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills are essential as you will interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, providing administrative support to the Faculty’s Executive Team and our strategic priorities within the Dean’s Office Team.
You will have previous experience of managing administrative responsibilities independently and using your own initiative, meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. You will be flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with other members of the team. You will also have experience of acting as secretary of various committees. Knowledge of supporting the management of academic offence investigations would be advantageous. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to maintain and enhance the high standards of customer care within the Faculty.
