The Position: We’re looking for a 14-16 Maths Teacher (37.5hrs)
Are you an experienced Maths teacher, looking for a more flexible role? Do you believe in advocating for young people? Do you understand the importance of relationships and student-centred approaches in education? Or maybe you are looking to get into Maths Teaching? Then we need you! Our Elective Home Education (EHE) Students and alternative provision deserve the best, and we want the best! EHE provides smaller group sizes of 15 Students and enables an engaging and collaborative environment to access GCSE and Pre-GCSE curriculum. Alternative provision is small groups of up to 8 students. We do education a little differently at the 14-16 Learning Academy, so if you have a passion for teaching but needs something a little different, then we would love to hear from you!
There is the opportunity to teach in other areas and departments across our provision as our offer is flexible and adaptable. As part of NWSLC, our 14-16 Learning Academy operates on a FE academic calendar and operate a different day to day timetable to mainstream education.
