This senior role reports to the Director of Marketing and will be the strategic lead for the design, development and dissemination of market and audience research and insight that guides Liverpool’s marketing strategy and supports the delivery of the objectives in the University’s strategic framework, Liverpool 2031.
Leading the Marketing Data, Insight and Strategy team, you will provide professional research and insight, to colleagues from across the University, particularly with regard to Marketing, Brand and Reputation, Student Recruitment, Student and Staff Engagement.
You will be able to evidence relevant market insight, customer experience and diagnostic expertise, along with excellent leadership and management credentials. You’ll have significant experience building partnerships with colleagues across an organisation, with a focus on influencing data-driven decision making.
