About the role
As the Assistant Data Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the administration of data and assessment processes for a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Your key responsibilities will include managing high volumes of data throughout the student lifecycle, from admissions to ongoing course management and data retention for completed students. While your primary focus will be on data management, you should also be prepared to support additional course administration tasks as needed.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
About you
You should have a solid background in data management, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in relevant data management tools and comfortable producing and interpreting summary statistics. Experience working with large datasets in an educational or similar setting is essential, along with the ability to manage complex data processes, maintain high levels of accuracy, and adapt to the changing needs of the department.
Flexibility is important, as you may be required to take on additional administrative responsibilities related to course management. Strong attention to detail, a collaborative working style, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are crucial.
