The Role
Security Control Room Operative
The Security Control Room Officer will be responsible for using best practices to identify and support all incidents that are either impactful or potentially impactful to business, the brand and or employees.
The Security Control Room Officer will monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch associated calls via telephone and radio, operate access control technology. Security Control Room Officer will escalate both crisis and non-crisis incidents to their line manager and the senior security management team, overall, as per standard operating procedures.
The nature of the role is such that it is essential that the post holder has and will maintain an excellent record of attendance and timekeeping.
