The role
As an apprentice at our Headington campus, you will be working alongside the Head of Learning and Development to help support the personal and career development of University staff. The team’s learning and development activities are aligned to the University 2035 and underpinning strategies and this role will play an important part in ensuring the excellent administration of the team and the development of e-learning and digital resources. You will work towards the Learning and Development Practitioner (Level 3) Apprenticeship.
About the team
The Organisational Effectiveness and Development team is a key part of the wider People Directorate and sits alongside the Centre for Academic Enhancement and Development. We work to support and facilitate organisational effectiveness and health. We do this through our learning and development portfolio and through bespoke consultancy interventions at individual, team, department and faculty level. We support organisational change from a people perspective to achieve sustained change through effective engagement and support.
