About the Role
This exciting and varied role sits within the Marketing and Communications directorate of one of the UK’s leading universities. The team is responsible for marketing the profile of Queen Mary University of London, ranked 17th in the UK and a part of the highly regarded Russell Group. The postholder will play a key role in the attraction, recruitment, and nurture of students from under-represented and diverse backgrounds in the UK, as well as students from the EU and Overseas
About You
We are seeking an individual with strong experience in working with data and systems, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing technology. As a logical and solution-oriented professional, you will excel at using your initiative to troubleshoot effectively. This role is part of a well-regarded team, making relationship building and management crucial as you support, train, and guide key stakeholders.
You should be Educated to Degree level in a subject related to the area of work or with relevant experience and have experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or marketing databases including setting up communications plans, providing training / support for users, troubleshooting, producing data and reports. You should also have proven analytical and problem-solving capability and be able to develop and maintain professional relationships internally and externally. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines is also key for this role with the experience of using Salesforce products (inc. Marketing Cloud) or other CRM solutions is desirable.
