About the Role
We are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our Professional Services team and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the School of Business and Management (SBM). As the Strategic Development Manager, you will lead transformative initiatives that elevate SBM’s reputation and support the achievement of our ambitious goals. You will collaborate with key stakeholders locally, nationally and globally, ensuring SBM remains competitive and responsive in an ever-evolving academic and business environment.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance SBM’s global standing and uphold world-class academic standards, as well as driving the school’s pursuit of prestigious accreditations. You will also develop relationships with the school’s alumni community and external partners, creating opportunities for mentorship, industry collaborations, and professional development to strengthen SBM’s long-term growth and influence.
About You
We are looking for a results-driven leader who can balance both strategic vision and operational delivery. You will have a passion for strategic development, community engagement, and relationship-building, as well as a proven ability to manage day-to-day operational activities that support the successful execution of strategic goals. If you are an innovative individual, ready to drive change and contribute to the success of a high-performing PS team, we’d love to hear from you.
