We are looking for a professional individual to join our Access and Participation Team, as our Access and Outreach Coordinator. The role will coordinate the delivery of our access and outreach offer to young people, schools, community groups, and key stakeholders such as teachers and parents, carers, and supporters. There will be opportunities to develop the existing offer and explore opportunities for sustained projects that support the attainment of young people. Evaluation and monitoring are also key areas for this work and role; you will work alongside the Head of Access and Participation to ensure we are effectively measuring the impact of the work we do.
The post is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to ICMP’s Access and Participation work by supporting work to strengthen understanding and awareness of higher education and studying music as an opportunity.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of delivering projects and/or working with young people, be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders and use their creativity to design, deliver and evaluate projects that will benefit and support students from under-represented groups. Knowledge of Access and Participation and Higher Education will be an advantage.
