An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Manager to join the People and Culture Division and play a key role in delivering the priorities and change set out in our Strategy 2030.
Key duties of the role include ensuring employees feel informed, enthused and engaged with UEA's vision and purpose; developing and delivering effective change engagement; embedding employee voice across the University; using insight to develop new and creative approaches to engagement and managing effective use of communication channels.
With exceptional communication skills, you will have a proven track record of developing successful and creative change communication programmes at complex and diverse organisations. A collaborative team player, you will have strong relationship skills with the ability to confidently and robustly challenge, influence and facilitate outcomes with individuals at all levels, including senior leaders and executives. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work projects and prioritise to deliver successful outcomes.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
