The Role
Ravensbourne is looking for a Student Support Officer to help manage student enquiries.
The Student Support Officer will provide front line support to students with any enquiries they may have via the Student Services Information Desk.
You will be the face of Student Services and provide a welcoming, professional and informed response to any student issue. Responding to student enquiries and using your growing knowledge of Ravensbourne processes to either resolve the issue or help refer the student to further support will be central to the role.
You will also work to promote Student Services through the creation of internal marketing materials and provide administrative support to the team.
Candidate
You should have a good telephone manner and written English skills. Experience of working in education and in customer facing roles is desirable. It is essential that you demonstrate your ability to support customer needs and communicate in an effective and clear manner.
You will be working Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, due to the requirements of the role hybrid working is not offered.
