- THE ROLE -
The post holder will conduct research on social security and devolution under the supervision of senior colleagues. They will contribute to the production of research, supporting the project set up and continued development and be a key point of contact with participants.
We may create a 12-month waiting list for same or similar roles within the Department / Faculty. The University reserves the right to extend the waiting list across the University if required for certain posts.
- ABOUT YOU -
The postholder will be required to have:
- First class honours degree in social policy, sociology or related subject.
- PhD in social policy or sociology or law (with expertise in the social security system).
- Detailed knowledge and experience of social security policy and poverty literature to engage in high quality research.
