Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the Post:
Our workforce is diverse, and so are the skills they need. Our newly formed Talent team will oversee the delivery of that talent. We're looking for an imaginative Head of Talent with experience across a range of Talent interventions from resourcing to workforce planning to L&D, to head up this new team. Between you, you'll drive performance, optimise our workforce, reduce vacancy gaps, and diversify our our talent pools ensuring the right talent gets to the right places at the right time. You'll work across multiple different professions, ranging from lecturers through to IT specialists, and work with a number of skilled HR professionals and academic stakeholders. You will be:
