We are looking for a Student Administration Officer to join the busy Registry team at St Mary’s University. Registry are responsible for the provision and delivery of all centrally managed services from enrolment to graduation. The successful candidate will lead on managing all Registry tasks relating to our St Mary's Online programmes as well as supporting the quality assurance processes associated with the validation of new online programmes. Candidates will also provide support to the wider assessment and student records teams.
To be successful, you should have knowledge and understanding of working in academic administration within a Higher Education environment. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of student databases (such as SITS) and a background in a Registry/Student Administration function. Whilst not essential, experience of managing online provision would be an advantage in this role.
