Reports to: Head of Research, Evaluation and Insight
About Us:
We’re a UK-based digital healthcare company with ambitious goals and a strong footprint in education and workplace support, local authority social care teams and NHS trusts. We deliver personalised coaching, on demand support and digitals tools to autistic people and people with ADHD. As a rapidly scaling business, our ultimate aim is to change the way support is delivered with an overall purpose to make the world a fairer more accessible place.
About you:
An exceptional and ambitious researcher with excellent quantitative analytic skills and a curious mind looking to make a positive impact on the lives of neurodivergent people. You relish wrestling with complex and messy data to gain understanding and have the ability to translate that into actionable insights for a non-research audience. You are a confident verbal and written communicator able to write for different groups. You are able to work independently but keen to learn and develop your skills. It is more important that you are comfortable using a range of analytic techniques and tools and have a willingness to learn.
If you have worked in a university and found the pace too slow, the bureaucracy stifling and the focus on publication over making a difference frustrating, then this could be the perfect role!
We work intensively and at pace - this is not a role for the faint-hearted. If you welcome a challenge, love the idea of making a difference and want to be at the cutting edge of digital health, this could be the right move for you. As a purpose-led business, it is vital that you share our passion for improving the lives of vulnerable people and transforming the way that services empower people to live more independently.

Where you’ll work:
We trust our teams to work remotely, from anywhere in the UK.
You will use your judgement to convene your teams in person for team building and collaborative working as appropriate.
There will be times when you’ll need to travel to other UK locations for meetings or events, but these will be planned ahead of time.
