The People & Organisational Development Directorate provides strategic and operational support to the University community to deliver Strategy 2030. Having recently undertaken a restructure, the Directorate’s objective is to deliver an integrated approach to Human Resource Management and Organisational Development, based on insights, strategy and solution. We are investing in our systems, specifically Enterprise Resource Planning
The People System & Data Team serves a business-critical role in maintaining and securing the HR systems to allow our business to function. The team ensure the support and development of our HR Systems, managing integrations and dependencies, responding to user queries and supporting the reporting needs of the University.
About the Role:
Working as part of the People Systems & Data Team will involve managing queries from end users, engaging with external suppliers and ensuring the Systems run smoothly.
The role involves managing the routine system maintenance, i.e. upgrades, testing, maintenance checks, as well as problem solving end user issues and unplanned issues.
This role is fixed term for 18 months.
