This is an 18-month secondment opportunity to deliver a Tissue Viability project to University Hospitals Morecambe Bay Trust (UHMBT). You will co-ordinate and lead a programme to develop the education and skills of UHMBT Nursing staff in relation to Tissue Viability and pressure ulcer prevention. This will be achieved through a tiered programme of education appropriate to role and will involve the development of training and educational resources. An enthusiastic and proactive individual you will be passionate about the subject and will be able to engage the interest and commitment of a wide range of practitioners.
You will be able to work creatively and collaboratively and will work closely with the Specialist team and other staff at UHMBT and will benefit from being a member of the University.
