The RNCM is recognised as one of the world’s most forward-thinking and dynamic conservatoires, educating musicians to the highest level in an environment that’s creatively stimulating and rich in opportunity.
With the support of a friendly community of loyal staff, our students are inspired to become the next generation of musicians, working hard to develop their talent and embrace new skills for exciting futures across the industry.
We’re looking for a pro-active and efficient Student Recruitment Marketing Officer (International) to become part of our story, working within our small and driven Marketing and Student Recruitment Team.
Liaising closely with the Student Recruitment Marketing Manager, the postholder will play a vital role in implementing the RNCM’s international strategy for the recruitment of overseas students, ensuring that the conservatoire remains a destination of choice for talented young musicians worldwide.
A confident communicator with an inquisitive mind, the postholder will have experience of logistical planning and event delivery (both online and in-person), data capture and analysis, and applicant liaison, ideally for international markets. Chinese language proficiency is essential.
Working with creative and motivated colleagues, the role offers the chance to feed into wider marketing, recruitment, and development campaigns, and undertake training to enhance professional and personal development. Added benefits include free and discounted tickets for RNCM performances, additional time off at Christmas, the option to join initiatives such as the Cycle to Work Scheme, and blended working.
