Saïd Business School is seeking a highly motivated and professional Reception Team Leader to join our esteemed Estates department. This pivotal role will involve leading a dedicated team of receptionists across two sites, ensuring that our front-of-house service maintains the highest standards of communication, professionalism and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective line management to the reception team, setting clear objectives and supporting daily tasks.
- Lead the recruitment, induction and training of new reception staff.
- Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Act as a key member of the emergency evacuation team, ensuring the safety of all occupants during incidents or fire alarms.
You will possess strong management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others, along with proven experience in a busy, customer-facing reception role. You must also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, paired with world-class customer service skills.
