The Role:

The Academic Standards and Quality Office at Global Banking School seeks an Academic Quality Manager to ensure the consistent implementation of partner awarding bodies’ regulations, policies, and procedures across GBS programmes.

This role involves developing, maintaining, and updating GBS’ quality assurance policies, leading programme approval events and programme modification processes, and overseeing academic misconduct, complaints, and appeals. Reporting to the Director of Academic Standards and Quality the role holder is expected to drive continuous quality improvement through monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, while supporting academic governance boards and committees.
