We have an exciting opportunity to join the SkillScale Project at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. Reporting to Dr Fabian Stephany, Departmental Research Lecturer in AI & Work, the post holder will be a member of the Skill Scale research group (www.skillscale.org) focused on designing and administering a survey experiment among HR recruiters in the United States. This is a fixed-term, variable hours role, starting from June, for a duration of 6 months with an expectation of working up to 20 hours per week, for a maximum of 400 hours during this time.
The work is based in Oxford but there may some opportunity for occasional remote working in the UK only.
The successful candidate will assist in designing and administering a survey experiment among HR recruiters, quantitative analysis of the survey results, writing of results, and preparation of a peer-reviewed high-impact publication.
You will have a first degree, along with relevant experience in experimental survey design or a related field (e.g., behavioural economics, HR management, data science, internet studies).
The ideal candidate will be proficient in participant recruitment, compensation, retention, administering surveys and managing data collection.
