Job description:

Are you interested in conducting applied health psychological research which involves both quantitative and qualitative methods? Perhaps you want to pursue a PhD, but would like more research experience first? We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Psychology for someone with a passion for health related research to build on these skills and support a project funded by the White Rose Consortium. We are seeking candidates with a good honours degree in Psychology, and subject knowledge in Health Psychology. As this role involves assisting the Primary Investigator to manage the day to day activities of the research project, you will also need experience of conducting your own research, and be able to manage your time effectively. We are an impactful department with over 85% of our research classed as world-leading or internationally excellent in the last Research Excellence Framework. Our department is made up of a friendly, and vibrant community of academic staff, postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers.
