We are seeking exceptional academics to join us in the role of Lecturer (Education Focused)
As an education-focused staff member at Monash, you will be part of an elite group dedicated to innovating education and leading its design and delivery at the University. In the role of Lecturer (Education focused), you will make significant contributions to teaching within your department, school, or faculty. You will be on a path towards leadership in educational design and delivery, adopting evidence-informed approaches to enhance educational practices.
Your responsibilities will include designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging teaching activities, consulting with students, and fostering inclusive, student-centred learning environments. You will lead teams in implementing effective marking and feedback practices, develop and administer units or courses, and engage in scholarly activities that demonstrate advanced understanding of educational practice. Additionally, you will supervise Honours and Research Higher Degree students and actively participate in initiatives to advance education excellence and student success across the University.
