We are excited to offer an opportunity for a part-time Graduate Studies Assistant (PGR) to support graduate academic administration for the Department’s full time taught and research graduate students, primarily in the area of administration for on course students on research courses.

Based in central Oxford, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Graduate Studies Administrator and will be responsible for providing support for students on the DPhil, working closely with the Graduate Studies Administrator, Director and Deputy Director of Graduate Studies and Graduate Studies Assistants.

In this fast-paced environment, excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong administrative and organisational skills are essential. You will become a valuable member of the Academic Admin team of the Department.
