The GCPLab Facility are looking to appoint a researcher who has experience of providing an efficient specialist technical service in supporting clinical trials. 

You will be responsible for managing the GCPLab Next Generation Sequencing and Transcriptomics Suite and be required to have expert knowledge of the areas of NGS, Transcriptomics and GCP as applied to Laboratories. The expectation is that you will manage projects to time and budget and support the GCPLab Facility Manager and Director in supervising the team of technicians. 

You should have an honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant biological subject and have proven experience in working with samples from Phase I clinical trials and assay validation for clinical trial end points. 

The post is available on a fixed term basis for 6 months. 

This role is eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
