As an Employability & Placements Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the student journey, ensuring our students have the best experience and are well-prepared for their future careers. This role is crucial in helping students succeed, graduate, and achieve their goals. You will contribute to our strategic ambitions of advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion, and help create a collaborative and innovative culture that adapts to the changing needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of placements and employability administration.
  • Create and maintain accurate placement data, including the production and dissemination of placement allocation reports.
  • Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers and stakeholders, including placement providers and students, via various channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Ensure all student information systems accurately reflect industry placement activity of individual students.
  • Assist with administering placements in accordance with programme and regulatory body requirements, including the provision and return of all documentation for use by students and placement providers.
  • Track the completion of placement risk assessments and maintain relevant documentation.
