We have an immediate and exciting opportunity to be part of our Student & Registry Services area, within the Exams & Awards team, who are seeking a team leader to provide operational oversite of the ‘business as usual’ workload. Student and Registry Services (StaRS) | (The Student Hub, Curriculum and Timetabling, Exams and Awards, Student Records) sits within the Student Administration and Academic Affairs division.

The successful applicant will be an experienced people manager who is highly organised with excellent customer service skills. They must be enthusiastic and adept at learning new skills. They will be a natural leader, with the confidence to deliver fresh ideas to improve our service to colleagues and students.
The ideal candidate will have experience within student administration, be capable of managing and motivating a team of staff and embracing and enabling change. You will need to be organised, enjoy working at pace with a deadline sensitive workload and be comfortable with complexity and uncertainty, proven problem-solving skills are highly desirable. You must have effective team working, communication and interpersonal skills.
