About the Role
The Department of Law is looking to appoint a postdoctoral researcher to work with the Head of the Department, Professor Michael Harker, on several research projects, to generate co-authored academic publications, and to engage in the dissemination of research findings across academic and non-academic communities.
About You
You will have a PhD in a relevant subject, namely, in a field related to media law and regulation. You will demonstrate the ability, or potential, to generate co-authored academic publications, and engage in the dissemination of research findings across academic and non-academic communities.
About the School
The School of Law is one of eight schools in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and has two organisational units: the Department of Law and the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS). Established in 1965, the Department of Law runs thriving undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and has a well-established international reputation for innovative research.
