About the Role

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a passion for ensuring smooth administrative operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking an administrator to join one of our busy and dynamic teams. The Administration & Finance team sits at the heart of Research Services and provides cross-cutting operation and business management for our four large business units: Innovation & Engagement, Research Funding & Contracts, Research Strategy & Policy Unit, and Research Governance, Ethics & Assurance.

About You

RS Support Administrators have a fast-paced and varied workload, so it is important that you are able to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, with a positive and proactive approach. You will need to work independently, coordinating your own work, and also enjoy working alongside your team members to support shared departmental projects.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, we are looking for some who is proficient in office software and confident at using new systems.

Whether you are looking to start a career in University administration, or would like to build on current experience, we would like to hear from you.

A full induction, training, and support will be provided, as well as the opportunity to continue your professional development as part of the role.
