The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students’ experience is second to none.
The Faculty of Computing, Law and Psychology is looking to recruit a full time Faculty Assistant to join a busy team based on our Verney Park campus. Due to the need to initiate workloads very quickly, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of HE and/or FE settings, ideally currently or recently employed within the sector.

The post also demands knowledge of MS Office 365, customer service and communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving capability, and an understanding of University structures and systems.
Knowledge of eVision/SITS would be advantageous although full training will be given.
