Here at Sheffield Hallam University We are seeking to recruit a Research Fellow to work with colleagues to set and deliver a series of community intervention trials as part of the Centre for Collaboration in Community Connectedness (C4). One of the first studies will be to understand the role of behavioural science in increasing community connectedness, and in particular through increasing community-based volunteering. The work will include insight gathering with peer researchers, intervention design and evaluation. Where possible evaluations will incorporate a randomised control design.
The position requires strong teamwork and communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work independently under the supervision of project and line managers.
