We are looking for full-time Lifeguard / Duty Assistants to join our vibrant and welcoming team at University of Hertfordshire Sports Village. We have opportunities that range from senior/team leader level where skills and experience in the industry are proven with ambition of a pathway into Duty Management level, as well as unqualified & entry level role (training & development provided) as a first step on the ladder into the leisure industry where we provide a pathway of progression through the levels of the role.
Main duties and responsibilities
You will be part of a team preparing facilities for bookings and events from international/national standard through to local grass roots level. This includes organisations such as Arsenal Women’s FC, Saracens Mavericks, England Fencing, Swim England, England Badminton and many more. Successful candidates will work as part of the lifeguard team, but also support the duty management within a supportive, encouraging environment.
