Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is a global leader in executive education. We equip individuals and organisations to tackle world-scale challenges through transformational learning experiences. We are now seeking an outstanding strategic leader to join our Executive Education department as Associate Director of Partnerships — a senior role central to our growth ambitions and impact.

As Associate Director of Partnerships, you will drive the growth of a key strategic portfolio currently generating around £8 million annually. Reporting to the Director of Programmes and Partnerships, you will take full responsibility for accelerating revenue, deepening client value and shaping the future of our partnership strategy — with a goal to double Executive Education revenue in three years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Direct a portfolio of strategic partnerships, delivering sustainable growth of 10–20% annually.
  • Build and manage high-value, long-term relationships across global markets.
  • Inspire and develop a team of Senior Client Relationship Managers.
  • Champion excellence in relationship management, governance and client satisfaction.
  • Support cross-school growth through partnership strategy, innovation and cross-selling.

You will be a strategic leader with a proven ability to manage high-value portfolios and forge impactful partnerships. You will also bring deep expertise in executive education or B2B consultative services, along with a strong track record in developing growth strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are essential, as is the confidence to engage senior stakeholders across global markets.
