Aided by the CRM & Conversion Manager, the Student Conversion & CRM Officer will conduct the day-to-day CRM operations of the university supporting various communication tracks, while working on the development of new plans and initiatives, with the aim of meeting the university’s recruitment goals. We are looking for a data-minded individual who enjoys opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
The postholder will receive full training in Azorus, the university CRM system. To excel in this role, you will have experience in a university or marketing environment and knowledge of the current higher education landscape. You will possess excellent written communication skills.
The ability to use HTML and CSS code or an interest in coding/web development would be beneficial.
