What we are looking for:

  • PhD (or equivalent) in cancer informatics, bioinformatics, medicine (with a strong computational or data driven focus) or a related quantitative discipline
  • Strong experience in machine learning, particularly deep learning and reinforcement learning
  • Experience working with omics data (e.g., proteomics, interactomics) and programming (Python)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary research team
