SITS Developer (fixed term until May 2026)

ARD Systems is a centralised business-led technology team that develops and supports LSE’s student records system (SITS) and enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce), two key systems that underpin most processes in the student lifecycle. Team members liaise with colleagues throughout the School to provide solutions to improve business processes for efficiency gains, to improve the student experience, and to meet statutory requirements.
This post will be focussed on development of solutions in SITS, likely centering around integration solutions with Salesforce using StuTalk and other technologies, as well as working with other developers to build processes for collating and cleansing data to feed into statutory returns. They will also offer second-line support, helping to resolve operational queries about SITS and e:Vision solutions that arise through the team’s service desk.
