Turning Passion into Purpose. We’re on a mission to deliver creative marketing campaigns that showcase how London South Bank University (LSBU) can be the making of our prospective students. Our goal is to become an industry-leading marketing team known for creative flair, mindful planning, and joyful collaboration. As our new Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of making that mission a reality.
You’ll lead and develop a team of four marketing officers—building their skills, strengthening processes, and shaping how we deliver impactful, insight-led campaigns across our owned channels, including web, email, social and content. Your primary responsibility will be turning strategic marketing plans into excellently executed, multichannel in-house campaigns that connect with our audiences and deliver results.
As part of this, you’ll play a key strategic role in ensuring alignment between our owned activity and paid media campaigns—working closely with colleagues to make sure messaging, creative, and timing are joined-up across all touchpoints.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on clarity, consistency, and creative collaboration. Someone who loves empowering a team to succeed, and who brings both process thinking and a keen eye for brand integrity.
