Job Description
As HR Business Partner, you will lead on key areas including HR planning and staff support, recruitment and retention, compliance and safeguarding, employee relations, and staff experience and wellbeing. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive improvements across the full employee lifecycle, shape inclusive recruitment strategies, enhance staff wellbeing, and manage complex employee relations casework. You will also oversee compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation, support leadership development, and guide the HR team in delivering a high-quality, proactive service.
