About this role

We are seeking a Project Support Officer to join our dynamic Estates Department, providing essential administrative and project coordination support to assist Project Managers in delivering estates-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, ensuring projects adhere to relevant construction and building maintenance regulations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain project data, and support analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Take and distribute minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action points.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Support the Estates team in managing operational workflows and project timelines.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some knowledge of construction, regulations, and building maintenance.
  • Strong administrative experience within a large, complex organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for document management and reporting.
  • A keen eye for data accuracy, with experience in writing reports and taking minutes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting Project Managers in delivering successful initiatives.

Where is this role based?

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus,  travel to our other Campuses may be required at certain times.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week, it is not open to job share.
