Applications are invited for the Deputy Head of Student Recruitment and International.
The new role of Deputy Head of Student Recruitment and International will lead on the day-to-day management and delivery of student recruitment activity globally, monitoring opportunity and risk and planning accordingly. Reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment and International you will be responsible for all operational activity to deliver on GSA’s student recruitment targets as well as leading a team of regional recruitment staff in planning and implementing recruitment activities, developing creative solutions to recruitment challenges and monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
The Deputy Head will have experience working in key global recruitment markets and have the ability to drive student recruitment forward while understanding the challenges and opportunities that exist in this area. Strong stakeholder management along with the desire to lead and develop the team is key to this role.
The Deputy Head of Student Recruitment and International will champion a culture of high quality professional services understanding the UK’s Agent Quality Framework and its application in institutional policies and processes.
