Rose Bruford College is seeking a skilled and strategic Admissions and CRM Manager to lead our admissions operations and customer relationship management activities, ensuring we continue to attract and support the right students across all programmes.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced admissions professional to drive operational excellence across our applicant lifecycle and CRM systems. Reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating robust admissions strategies and CRM operations to meet enrolment targets and regulatory standards. You will oversee application processes, support the transition to a new student records system, manage compliance requirements (including UKVI), and enhance applicant engagement through data-led strategies.
You’ll also lead and develop the Admissions and CRM team, manage key stages of the applicant journey, and ensure a smooth transition from prospective applicant to enrolled student.
