Located within the Student Recruitment and Marketing service, getting the right applicants enrolled on the right course is key to all activities undertaken by the department and crucial in a competitive marketplace.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of student recruitment and outreach events and activities, including but not limited to: undergraduate and postgraduate open days; offer holder days, selection events, taster days, recruitment fairs, student conferences, campus visits etc to support the University to meet its student recruitment and widening access targets
As part of this role you will provide a range of administrative support and maintain the resources required to ensure the seamless execution of our events and activities. This includes equipment booking, responding to enquiries and incoming requests, booking attendance at careers fairs, data entry, and other related administrative tasks.
You will also support the administration of the Student Ambassador Scheme, including the recruitment and training of student ambassadors.
About you:
You will be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate broad based administrative experience. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with professional and academic colleagues to deliver effective events, activities, processes and procedures.
You will demonstrate a positive, proactive and customer focused approach to deliver an excellent enquirer and applicant experience in all recruitment and outreach events and activities.

This is a part-time, permanent post, working 22.5 hours per week.

This role is campus based with the opportunity for remote working.
