About the role
The Estates Services performs an effective maintenance service that provides a safe environment for students, staff and visitors within the University. Contributing to Cardiff University aim to be world class by keeping the University Buildings and infrastructure in a safe and usable condition that allows for their efficient utilisation and overall effectiveness.
The Maintenance Officer BeMS Controls is part of a team that supports the ongoing management and coordination of day-to-day Maintenance Operations of a discrete multi-disciplinary team to achieve a high standard of performance within Estates and Campus Facilities.
