Short Course Manager, Full time (37.5 hours per week)

We are recruiting to the role of Short Course Manager to join our School of Continuing Education and group organisation, Roehampton Education Services Ltd, to deliver short course and professional education and training on behalf of the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd as we expand our preparatory, technical and professional education for adult learners and corporate/ academic partners.

The Role

The Short Course Manager will build and sustain an enhanced Short Course portfolio to support entry and/or return to higher education, industry workforce needs, career success and flexible modes of study for all seeking a university experience. The role will be expected to deliver targets through effective sales, marketing and customer experience activities, whilst supporting income generation and high-quality educational experiences for new and returning customers/ clients.

You must be highly motivated with proven experience in delivering sales targets within a b2b and/or b2c environment. You will be customer-led, with a positive mindset, organisational skills and creative problem-solving skills and attitudes. You will hold excellent communication skills and confidence working alone or as part of a wider academic team. You will possess excellent IT (Excel/ CRM software), written and verbal communication skills, strong numeracy and a good understanding of the adult learner short course context, within the UK and internationally.
