About this role
We are seeking a professionally qualified leader to join our newly formed Transformation and Improvement Service as Assistant Director Organisation Development and Learning.
You will take a lead in the creation and implementation of development and design strategies that underpin the University’s transformation, leading substantial change initiatives in relation to leadership, people, culture, and ways of working to enhance our organisational and people effectiveness. This includes developing and delivering an engaging workforce development strategy that aligns our values and culture with our business model.
You will drive positive and sustainable change, ensuring our people, processes and structures are inclusive, and aligned with the University’s strategic goals and performance targets.
About you
You will be an engaging leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful organisational change and workforce development strategies. You should have experience of working alongside senior executive teams to develop innovative solutions that result in cultural shifts and enhanced organisational performance. The postholder will demonstrate UWE Values, leading by exceptional example with a passion for inclusivity, people management and service excellence.
