HE Student Records Data Officer

About the Role:

• Managing student enrolment, assessment and curriculum data to ensure that all student records are accurately maintained, in order to support the student journey and contribute towards the accuracy of both internal and external data reporting requirements.
• Playing a key role in the Examination Boards of the University, this is an opportunity to start or continue a career in the highly specialised area of HE professional administration.
• Receiving training and support from a wide range of colleagues, you will experience all aspects of the life cycle of a university student and become a vital part of the student journey.

About You:

• Experience of data processing/maintenance within the education sector.
• Experience of entering and maintaining data.
• Ability to understand data structures.
• Experience in producing clear and professional communications, using a range of IT software and applications.
• Attention to detail and well-developed quality assurance skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
• A positive customer service attitude/commitment to giving a high-quality service to staff and students.
• Excellent communication skills.
