About the Role

Campus Development is within the Estates, Sustainability and Environment Directorate, and is responsible for the strategic planning and development of Hartpury’s buildings and infrastructure.

• Assist the Assistant Director of Campus Development to deliver capital projects and the strategic maintenance plan for the Campus.
• Projects will be varied in size and nature and will need to be planned to be delivered alongside the dynamic range of activities that occur throughout the year across campus.
• Developing project briefs, tenders and contract documentation as well as coordinating Project Teams and overseeing contractors when on site.
• Maintain documentation/financial records for projects and ensure estates data is up to date.
• Ensure Sustainability, Health and Safety are embedded in the delivery of projects.     

About You

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills keen to develop your client-side management skills across the full RIBA project lifecycle. 
• You have a degree/extensive experience in project management, construction, Property Management or a related field. 
• Working in a collaborative team environment and who has good stakeholder management skills.
• Good communicator, well organised, take initiative and responsibility.  
• Comfortable supervising contractors to ensure value for money, quality and adherence to Hartpury policies.
